Netnordic Acquires IT-Total
Netnordic acquires Swedish IT-Total, expanding its Swedish operations in cloud computing and IT services
Netnordic has acquired IT-Total, a Swedish IT company with around 120 employees and expected revenue of 420 million kronor this year. The acquisition is part of Netnordic’s strategy to expand its operations in Sweden and strengthen its presence in the market. IT-Total has undergone a transformation from a system integrator to a service provider, delivering ongoing IT services and cloud-based solutions. The company has been majority-owned by Segulah V since 2019 and has made several acquisitions to broaden its offerings in areas such as cloud, development, and digital workplaces. Netnordic’s acquisition of IT-Total is expected to strengthen its position in the Swedish market and provide customers with access to local expertise and support. The two companies will initially operate in parallel, with Netnordic’s Swedish operations and IT-Total’s operations continuing to run independently. The long-term organization and integration plan is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2027.
