The Coruche Council approved the renunciation of the reversion right on a plot of land destined for a €220 million investment, which will facilitate access to financing for the construction of a data center in the Sorraia Business Park. The data center will be dedicated to training and using systems of artificial intelligence, with an expected entry into operation by the end of 2027. The Aura Technologies company plans to install a 6.4 megawatt data center on the 7,209 square meter plot of land, which was sold for €135,246.
