China's Tech Supports Dakar Youth Olympics
China's AI and cloud computing technology played a key role in supporting the 4th Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal.
The 4th Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal, marked the first time an Olympic series event was held on the African continent. China’s AI and cloud computing technology played a key role in supporting the event.
A team of Chinese technicians built a cloud computing platform specifically for the Youth Olympics, providing technical support for tasks such as ticket sales, electronic visas, competition management, and information dissemination.
The cloud computing system will be transferred to Senegal after the event, where it will continue to support the country’s digitalization construction efforts.
