Young Croatian Explains How AI Works in 15 Minutes

Karlo Vrančić, a young Croatian researcher at Harvard, gave a presentation on AI security at a conference in Seattle. He explained how ChatGPT works, whether AI can be creative, and if it has human-like emotions and goals.

Vrančić is also a guest lecturer at MIT and a researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he works on speech synthesis from MRI scans.

He has a strong focus on applying his knowledge to real-world challenges, including developing software, data science, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
