Xubio's new tool uses AI to import bank statements in PDF, register transactions, and automate account reconciliation.
The tool allows users to upload bank statements in PDF, and the AI reads and loads the transactions into the platform, ready for reconciliation. This eliminates the need to manually copy transactions into a spreadsheet or plan. The AI also suggests coincidences by date and amount, even when the amounts do not match exactly, within a tolerance margin.
The user can then review the suggestions and confirm the reconciliation. Any remaining discrepancies can be resolved manually from the same screen, including creating missing transactions such as commissions or bank fees.
Xubio’s tool is aimed at small businesses and accounting firms, which previously relied heavily on Excel for accounting tasks due to a lack of accessible solutions.
