USITC Launches 337 Investigation into Taiwan Data Centers

The USITC has launched a 337 investigation into Taiwan’s data centers, including companies such as Hon Hai and TSMC.

The investigation covers vertical power transmission systems and their components, used in data center servers, AI, and cloud computing systems.

The USITC has not yet made any decisions on the case’s merits, and a chief administrative law judge will assign the case to one of the administrative law judges (ALJs) for evidence hearings.
