Türksat Data Center Construction in Ankara
Türksat Data Center in Ankara Gölbaşı to increase capacity by three times in the first phase.
The Türksat Data Center is being built in Ankara Gölbaşı, Turkey, as part of the country’s digital infrastructure investments. The facility will serve critical public data and increase Türksat’s current capacity by three times in the first phase and eight times in the second phase.
The data center will use local software and provide services in line with international security standards. The importance of encryption, access control, and key management in data centers was also highlighted.
The investments aim to strengthen Turkey’s digital infrastructure to meet the increasing data production and cloud computing and artificial intelligence needs.
