Semtech Corporation has invested in SiGe production capacity at Tower Semiconductor to support the growing demand for AI interconnects. The partnership aims to provide a reliable supply of SiGe components for AI data centers. Tower Semiconductor will produce SiGe components at its facilities in the US, Israel, and Japan. The agreement is expected to support the growth of Semtech’s SiGe product demand in its customer and end-market projects.
