Sabey Data Center Properties Secures Additional Ares Investment, Bringing Total Commitment Above $500 Million

The additional investment follows Ares’ minority equity investment in Sabey Data Center Properties announced in July 2026. Sabey Data Center Properties operates data center campuses totaling approximately 275 megawatts of capacity in major U.S. markets. The additional capital will support Sabey Data Center Properties as it expands infrastructure to meet increasing demand associated with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other data-intensive applications.
