Project Aims to Prepare Posavje Region for Future Changes
A project in Slovenia aims to help employees and companies in the Posavje region adapt to changes brought by digitalization, AI, and automation.
The project, called Pripravljeni na jutri, aims to connect career development and employee competence with the needs of the local economy.
Employees will be able to participate in informative and motivational workshops, individual career counseling, and personal career planning.
The project also includes free training programs tailored to the needs of employees and companies, covering topics such as digital competences, AI, and data analysis.
