Orange Launches Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign in Côte d'Ivoire
The campaign aims to promote good practices in the face of threats facilitated by the rise of artificial intelligence.
Orange Cloud & Cyber Solutions has launched a cybersecurity awareness campaign in Côte d’Ivoire, targeting businesses and the general public. The campaign, called ‘October Cyber Connect’, aims to promote good practices in the face of threats facilitated by the rise of artificial intelligence. The campaign emphasizes that the protection of systems, data, and digital services depends on both technical devices and user behavior.
According to Ferdinand Tra, president of OCCS and director of Orange Business & Broadband, businesses must pay more attention to human errors that can facilitate intrusions. He noted that 30% of cybersecurity is technical, while 70% is related to governance and human behavior.
The campaign will continue until November 5, with educational content, expert interventions, and community actions targeting businesses and the general public.
