Only Two Types of People Will Succeed in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Palantir’s owner, Alex Karp, believes that only two categories of people will have long-term job security in the era of artificial intelligence: those with specialized skills and neurodivergent individuals.

While specialized skills such as electricians and plumbers are difficult to automate and in high demand due to the construction of large data centers, Karp’s second category reflects his personal experience with dyslexia.

He thinks that a different way of thinking is a key advantage in a world dominated by artificial intelligence.
