Only 3% of Hong Kong firms have fully integrated AI into workflows
Few Hong Kong companies have successfully integrated AI into their workflows, despite strong ambitions and interest in the technology.
A survey by Accenture found that only 3% of Hong Kong companies have fully integrated AI into their workflows, with many facing hurdles including resistance to organisational change and outdated digital infrastructure.
The survey suggested that businesses have a strong desire to adopt AI, but struggle to put it into practice.
Accenture’s Hong Kong office lead, Robert Hah, pointed to government initiatives and favourable conditions for AI adoption in the city.
