Nebius Secures $3.5B Funding from Citi for Data Center Expansion and GPU Purchase
Nebius, a cloud computing company with AI, secured a $3.5 billion senior funding line from Citi to support its global infrastructure expansion.
The funding will support the development of data centers and the acquisition of graphics processing units (GPUs).
The credit line has a 364-day term and an initial interest rate of 2.75% per year, plus the Term SOFR rate.
Nebius has other capital sources available for its next growth phase, including asset-backed financing and over $40 billion in long-term contracts.
