Microsoft Pulls Out of Nscale's UK Data Center Deal
Microsoft has reportedly withdrawn from a data center project with British cloud provider Nscale in Essex, UK.
The deal, which involved Nscale’s proposed data center in Loughton, Essex, had already faced delays and difficulties in securing electricity supplies.
The facility might not receive a power connection until the 2030s, raising questions about its development timeline.
Nscale’s flagship data center in Norway is also behind schedule, with only 6.4 megawatts of its planned 30-megawatt capacity operational.
