Meta Platforms announced plans to raise up to $950 billion for the expansion of its AI-related data centers and cloud computing infrastructure. This will be done through a maximum of $125.8 trillion in capital raising, with $46.3 trillion coming from a stock offering. The company has already begun the process of issuing common and convertible preferred stock for $46.3 trillion.
