Meta, Oracle, and SB Energy Develop Massive AI Data Centers in the US
Several major companies are building massive AI data centers in the US, with some projects aiming for over 1 GW of power capacity.
Meta is building two massive AI data centers in the US, one in Indiana and one in Texas, with a combined power capacity of over 2 GW.
The Indiana data center, Meta Lebanon Campus, is the company’s largest investment in the state and will have a power capacity of 1 GW and cover an area of 1,500 acres.
The Texas data center, Meta El Paso Data Center, will have a power capacity of 1 GW and cover an area of 1,000 acres, with an estimated investment of $10 billion.
