KT Cloud begins 50MW Ansan AI data center construction
KT Cloud has started construction on a 50MW AI data center in Ansan, South Korea, targeting completion in 2029.
The facility is designed for high-density AI servers, including features like liquid cooling and reinforced floors for GPUs.
The data center will have 32MW allocated for IT load to actual equipment, and each server room will support liquid cooling.
The project is part of KT Cloud’s broader strategy to deliver 1GW of AI data center capacity by 2031.
