HKEX introduces AI semiconductor benchmarks covering 30 listed companies in Hong Kong.
HKEX has launched AI semiconductor benchmarks covering 30 listed companies in Hong Kong, focusing on companies related to semiconductors, including chip production, equipment, electronic components, computer hardware, and data storage.
The benchmarks are designed to capture the value chain of semiconductor companies, which are crucial for data centers, smartphones, industrial systems, and AI processing.
HKEX has also announced that China Southern Asset Management has received a license to use the AI benchmarks for ETFs in mainland China.
