Gyeongbuk Province Develops AI-Based System for Managing Certificates and Licenses
Gyeongbuk Province in South Korea developed an AI-based system to manage over 1,300 certificates and licenses, reducing construction costs by 7 million won.
The province had been managing certificates and licenses manually using personal computers, which required employees to visit the main office to take photos of certificates and apply for licenses.
To address this issue, the province’s administrative support department developed an AI-based system called ‘Gyeongbuk Province Governor’s Certificate and License Management System’ using generative AI.
The new system integrates various tasks, including certificate and license application, approval, and management, and allows online applications and approvals, reducing the need for employees to visit the main office.
