Germany's Digital Minister Sees New Era of Cybersecurity

Germany’s digital minister Karsten Wildberger has called for a stronger use of artificial intelligence to close security gaps on internet sites, following a recent PHP security vulnerability.

Wildberger, a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), said that the use of AI could mark a new era in cybersecurity, according to the Agence France-Presse news agency.
