Flex adds Axiom AI Modules to its modular data center portfolio, designed to accelerate AI factory installations.
The new modules integrate critical AI infrastructure into three main components: a 800 VDC power rack, a high-density processing unit, and a high-performance cooling system.
The 800 VDC power rack provides high-efficiency power conversion and distribution for AI generation 2.0 and high-density processing systems.
The high-performance cooling system uses a liquid-cooled system to manage high heat loads from AI workloads, while the high-density IT rack integrates AI servers, networking, and high-speed connectivity for large-scale AI processing.
