FBI blames North Korea for stolen billions from Binance in biggest hack in history
North Korean hackers orchestrated the theft of billions of dollars from Binance.
The theft occurred within a matter of minutes, making it the biggest cryptocurrency heist in history.
The FBI blames the attack on an entity known as TraderTraitor, also behind a US$1.5 billion Bybit hack last year.
The agency asked cryptocurrency exchanges and others to block transactions linked to various addresses to prevent money laundering.
