EU Takes Decisive Step in Global Cybersecurity with Cyber Resilience Act
The European Union has implemented the Cyber Resilience Act to protect consumers and businesses from growing cyber threats.
The EU has taken a significant step in strengthening global cybersecurity with the entry into force of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). The regulation aims to strictly protect both consumers and businesses from increasing cyber threats by establishing a uniform standard for all products with digital elements available on the European market.
The CRA is part of the EU’s broader strategy on cybersecurity and Union security, aiming to ensure that hardware and software are designed, developed, and maintained securely throughout their entire lifecycle.
