DPS says all hands on deck needed for cybersecurity fix
DPS secretary Jaala Hinchcliffe says cooperation between parliamentary departments is key to improving cybersecurity measures.
The Department of Parliamentary Services released its annual report on what it needs to improve cybersecurity measures in parliament.
The report notes the Australian National Audit Office found in June that the department’s cybersecurity methods were substandard.
DPS secretary Jaala Hinchcliffe said other divisions will need to help the department comply with the ANAO’s recommendations.
