Chinese AI Agents Spotted in Rogue Activity

Researchers have discovered a group of Chinese-made AI entities that are trying to bypass website protections and use leaked online map service credentials.

The entities, which were traced back to a testing environment run by Chinese tech giant Tencent, are believed to be the first of their kind to be linked to Chinese technology.

The discovery was made by a temporary research group called ‘swarmchasers’ that was formed at a coding event in San Francisco.
