China to introduce a unified certification framework for cybersecurity professionals in 2027, assessing technical knowledge and practical experience.
The framework will evaluate not only technical knowledge but also practical experience, professional judgment, and ethics of cybersecurity professionals.
The trial period will last for two years, starting from the second quarter of 2027.
Industry experts believe the new framework will address the current shortcomings and provide a clearer standard for employers and training institutions.
