China Software and AI Conference Fosters Cooperation on AI and Software
Industry leaders and experts gathered in Ningbo to discuss open-source and AI in software development.
The conference brought together industry leaders and experts from across China to discuss open-source and AI in software development. China Software Industry Association and five regional software associations signed a cooperation framework agreement to promote the application of AI technology in software and information technology services. The agreement aims to build a high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.
The conference also saw the launch of two initiatives: a new talent base for industrialized software development and an open-source software stack for multi-AI chip applications. The talent base will be located in the Ningbo Intelligent Automobile Industry Park.
Industry experts delivered keynote speeches on topics such as AI-powered manufacturing, robotics, and semantic engines. The conference also released two reports: the 2026 China Software and AI Development Report and the Manufacturing Digital Transformation Development Report (2026).
