AI Use May Be Eroding Critical Thinking Skills, Experts Warn
Researchers say frequent use of AI tools may lead to a decline in critical thinking abilities.
Studies have shown that between 44 and 52% of employees in the UK use AI tools at work, but only between 15 and 35% use them regularly.
The majority of employees who use AI tools tend to experiment with them or use them for routine administrative tasks.
Experts warn that relying too heavily on AI tools may lead to a decline in critical thinking skills, as well as a loss of motivation and willingness to learn.
