61% of Argentine workers used AI in the last year
The adoption of AI in the workplace is growing, but the development of new skills and adaptation to technological changes is lagging behind.
The use of AI in the workplace is expanding rapidly, with 61% of Argentine workers using it in the last year, according to a PwC survey. This is close to the global average of 64%. The survey also found that 27% of Argentine workers use AI daily, while 29% use it weekly. Globally, 22% of workers use AI generative tools daily.
The expansion of AI technologies is taking place in a context of sustained growth. Globally, the use of AI in the workplace increased by 10 percentage points compared to the previous edition of the study, and nearly six in ten workers expect to increase its use in the next 12 months.
The survey also found that 45% of Argentine workers had to use new skills related to AI in the last year, while 51.8% of workers in Latin America reported the same. Globally, the average is 40%.
