60,000 Microsoft Employees Must Make Way for AI

Microsoft is cutting jobs, impacting around a quarter of its workforce, to focus on artificial intelligence. The company is investing heavily in AI, but this means reducing its human workforce. The layoffs will affect around 60,000 employees, out of a total of 223,000.
