300 Million Jobs to be Impacted by AI by 2030, Experts Say

Goldman Sachs estimates that 300 million jobs will be impacted by AI by 2030, with nearly all industries affected. AI is reshaping industries by the day, resulting in jobs being transformed or erased. The changes are bringing a greater need for AI oversight.

Barry Jones, a Vice President at X2X, an AI governance company, said there’s not enough oversight of AI currently. He advises people to learn how AI impacts their profession and to focus on using the technology responsibly, rather than competing with it.

Efforts to regulate AI are stalled on Capitol Hill, but the 120th Congress may take up the issue in January.
